At this event, Floor Leader Kim stated, "The gag law on the media is a malicious law aimed at annihilating the press," and argued, "If the Democratic Party ignores the Constitution and passes the gag law on the media, today will mark the starting point of the collapse of freedom and democracy in the Republic of Korea."
