[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon]Coffeebay announced on the 23rd that it has newly launched a 'Decaffeinated Cold Brew' menu in response to the increasing demand and market expansion for decaffeinated coffee.

The existing three cold brew menu items have been expanded to five, and customers can now choose to switch to 'decaffeinated' options, allowing those sensitive to caffeine or who want to enjoy coffee late at night to enjoy cold brew without worry.

In particular, Coffeebay's decaffeinated cold brew is notable for using the SWP (Swiss Water Process) method. The SWP method removes caffeine by soaking green coffee beans in clean water without chemical additives, minimizing flavor loss and preserving the deep flavor of the coffee.

The decaffeinated cold brew is available in five varieties. The 'Cold Brew Americano' features a delicate and clean flavor that highlights the original taste and aroma of the coffee, while the 'Cold Brew Latte' adds the smoothness of milk to the cold brew coffee for a richer taste. The 'Cold Brew Ice Ball Latte,' which includes ice cream with a rich latte, is considered a best-selling menu item. Additionally, the 'Cold Brew Vanilla Latte' and 'Cold Brew Condensed Milk Latte,' launched to meet customers' needs to relieve stress with sweetness, are expected to captivate customers' palates.
