[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 19th that it has signed a 'Business Agreement for Digital Finance Innovation and Ecosystem Creation' with Samsung Electronics.
The two companies agreed to ▲ create a digital environment at branches that customers can easily experience ▲ collaborate on developing financial services using blockchain technology ▲ jointly research innovations in financial services based on digital new technologies such as artificial intelligence and the metaverse.
Through cooperation with Samsung Electronics, Nonghyup Bank plans to establish a digital finance ecosystem, accelerate digital transformation, and secure competitiveness in digital finance.
Kwon Junhak, President of Nonghyup Bank, said, "On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of our founding, we signed a business agreement with Samsung Electronics to achieve Nonghyup Bank's management goal of 'implementing a customer-centered comprehensive digital platform.'"
