NHN AD acquired 100% of the shares of 11si11bun and incorporated it as a wholly owned subsidiary.
11si11bun is a specialized company in marketing solutions and online advertising platforms. It possesses artificial intelligence (AI) and data analysis technologies.
With this acquisition, NHN AD plans to expand its business from traditional advertising agency services to the adtech industry. NHN AD aims to become a comprehensive marketing company covering core business areas from technology development to advertising agency services in the online advertising sector.
NHN AD will utilize the technologies held by 11si11bun to enhance solutions tailored to individual advertisers and support improved advertising performance.
Based on accumulated know-how in the digital marketing market and AI technology, NHN AD also plans to introduce new solutions that predict and optimize advertising efficiency. The company will expand its advertising platform business to help clients generate new advertising revenue and operate advertising products stably.
