[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 17th that it will hold an event providing real estate auction information for Liiv Real Estate (Liiv Budongsan) members until the end of September.
Liiv Real Estate, KB Kookmin Bank's new real estate information platform, is an application (app) that easily shows real estate information based on maps. It also allows users to check various real estate price information, from KB market prices to actual transaction prices, listing prices, official prices, artificial intelligence (AI) predicted prices, and villa prices.
The real estate auction information provision event is open to both existing and new Liiv Real Estate members. After logging into the Liiv Real Estate app, customers who click the event banner and sign up and log in to Tank Auction, a real estate auction information company, will receive a 3-month free usage voucher worth 160,000 KRW for Tank Auction. After the free usage period ends, if customers purchase a 12-month usage voucher from Tank Auction, they will receive an additional 3 months as a benefit.
Meanwhile, Liiv Real Estate has been advancing its platform since simultaneously launching the official app version and website in February. At the end of June, it opened the ‘Sale Home’ containing the latest subscription information and the ‘Liiv Real Estate Broker Hub’ for convenient use by member brokerage offices. Along with this, it introduced the ‘Honey Location’ feature that allows users to check five location selection points on the map: Chosegwon (elementary school zone), Yeoksegwon (subway station zone), Uisegwon (hospital/clinic zone), Haksegwon (academy zone), and Ssegewon (Starbucks zone). It also introduced the ‘Dark Mode’ feature for night vision protection, the first of its kind in a real estate app.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said, “Recently, demand for purchasing homes has been turning to the auction market,” and added, “We hope this event, which allows free use of auction information, will be helpful to Liiv Real Estate members.”
