[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Southern Gyeonggi Provincial Autonomous Police Committee is accepting proposals for the 'Gyeonggi-do Autonomous Police Policy Suggestions' until the 12th of next month.
This contest covers three areas: ▲ daily safety closely related to residents' lives ▲ protection of socially vulnerable groups such as women, youth, children, and the elderly ▲ traffic safety.
Any Gyeonggi-do resident can participate. Applicants must fill out the application forms available on the official Gyeonggi-do website's Gyeonggi Voice (vog.gg.go.kr) and the Gyeonggi-do Integrated Contest site (www.gg.go.kr/gongmo) and submit them via email.
After evaluation, prizes will be awarded as follows: 2 Gold prizes (each 500,000 KRW), 4 Silver prizes (each 300,000 KRW), 4 Bronze prizes (each 200,000 KRW), and 10 Encouragement prizes (each 100,000 KRW) in the form of Gyeonggi local currency.
The submitted policy proposals will be utilized in establishing public safety policies through relevant departments.
