Lotteria Launches Wedge Potato Made with Domestic Whole Potatoes

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Lotteria announced on the 12th that it has launched a new French fries dessert product called 'Wedge Potato.'

Wedge Potato is a dessert product that differs from the existing Potato and seasoned potatoes, featuring thickly cut pieces of domestically grown whole potatoes with a savory flavor and crispy exterior.

Lotteria operates so that customers can change the potatoes provided in the existing set menu to the new Wedge Potato, expanding the selection of potato dessert products, and the single item sales price is set the same.

A Lotteria GRS official said, "The new dessert Wedge Potato uses domestically grown whole potatoes to enhance the texture of the potato, and it can be changed from the basic set dessert menu without price changes, expanding the range of customer choices as a service item expansion."
