Gyeongnam Sarang Gift Certificates to Be Integrated into Private Delivery Apps by the End of August

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do announced on the 10th that it will load the 'Gyeongnam Sarang Gift Certificate' onto private delivery apps to reduce the burden of delivery brokerage fees for small business owners and promote non-face-to-face consumption.

Once the Gyeongnam Sarang Gift Certificate is loaded onto delivery apps, it will be possible to place delivery orders using the Gyeongnam Sarang Gift Certificate as early as the end of August.

Instead of developing and operating its own delivery app, the province will load the Gyeongnam Sarang Gift Certificate onto public-private cooperative delivery apps implemented by cities and counties, reflecting the characteristics of local delivery markets and reducing the brokerage fee burden on small business owners.

This will be promoted through the 'Gyeongnam-type Public-Private Cooperative Delivery App' method, where local governments indirectly support by loading the local love gift certificate onto private delivery apps under the condition of maintaining low brokerage fees.

The province has limited the participation conditions for the Gyeongnam-type public-private cooperative delivery apps to a delivery brokerage fee of 2% or less, including advertising and operating costs, and only cities and counties issuing Zero Pay mobile gift certificates can apply.

Since the end of June, in the first round of the ongoing recruitment for the Gyeongnam-type public-private cooperative delivery apps, Jinju City's public-private cooperative delivery app 'Baedal-ui Jinju, Ddingdong', Gimhae City's 'Meokkebi, Wemakeprice O', and Tongyeong City's 'Wemakeprice O' have applied to load the Gyeongnam Sarang Gift Certificate.
