[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Paradise Hotel Busan announced on the 10th that it will offer the summer special gourmet buffet 'Summer Special On The Plate' until the 31st.

The special buffet available at 'On The Plate' this time is prepared with three themes that focus on taste, fun, and health. In addition to barbecue and seafood, guests can enjoy unique menus tailored to the tastes of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), as well as popular dishes from the hotel’s signature restaurants.

The 'Hawaiian BBQ Grill' themed section offers premium grill menus under the concept of a 'barbecue party on the beach.' It features beef steak, lamb chops, lobster, abalone, and more, grilled on the spot with high heat. For the MZ generation, 'Pepper Sauce Fried Ribs' and 'Specially Seasoned King Rib Chicken' have been developed and are also available.

At the 'Seafood On The Plate' themed section, guests can enjoy snow crab, blue crab, conch, shrimp, goose barnacles, and freshly caught seasonal sashimi prepared on the spot.

The 'Summer Healthy Food' themed section offers premium health foods to restore vitality during the summer. The Chinese cuisine corner serves 'Black Truffle Crab Meat Soup' made with truffles, one of the world’s top three ingredients, along with signature dishes from the Chinese restaurant Nampung such as 'Eoja Haesam' and 'Peking Duck.' The live noodle corner features cold noodles from the Japanese restaurant 'Sakae' as a summer delicacy.

A representative of Paradise Hotel Busan said, "We planned this summer special buffet so that guests can enjoy not only the popular menus of On The Plate but also the finest dishes from the hotel’s signature restaurants all at once," adding, "You will be able to enjoy a 'matcance'?a vacation for the eyes and palate?along with the open view of Haeundae Beach."

The price is 90,000 KRW for weekday lunch and 115,000 KRW for weekday dinner and weekend lunch and dinner (tax excluded) per adult. For more details, please visit the Paradise Hotel Busan website.
