An office-type knowledge industry center located in the Gunpo Advanced Industrial Complex in Gyeonggi-do has been completed and is starting operations. This knowledge industry center has already sold all 428 office units and is currently beginning leasing and sales of commercial spaces.
‘Gunpo ACE W Valley,’ built with three basement floors and 13 above-ground floors, consists of commercial facilities on basement level 1, ground floor, and part of the second floor, while floors 3 through 13 are designated as office spaces.
As a 4th generation knowledge industry center with floor-specific specialized designs, the basement level features independent commercial spaces accessible from the pedestrian walkway, and shop-type commercial spaces are arranged next to the escalator connecting the basement to the first floor. The second floor is designed as an exotic terrace style and also offers independent separate corner commercial spaces.
Designed as a street-type building open on all four sides, the commercial area includes meeting rooms and stair-shaped resting spaces inside. Ten franchise stores have started moving in, including Japanese and Korean cuisine specialty restaurants such as Susuhajiman Goeunhae, Hakihaki, and Yeokjeon Halmeoni Maekju, as well as an American restaurant and cafes.
The location is within walking distance of Uiwang Station and is also close to Yeongdong Expressway and Donggunpo IC. There is a dedicated parking lot with a capacity for 283 vehicles, as well as nearby public parking lots.
A sales representative stated, “Gunpo ACE W Valley is the first office-type knowledge industry center in the Gunpo Advanced Industrial Complex to receive usage approval. We are currently receiving inquiries for leasing and sales of commercial spaces from various industries.”
