Grouping has laid the groundwork to enter the logistics market by building a logistics center of 3,000 pyeong in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Aiming to diversify and specialize logistics services to create a logistics platform service, Grouping has decided to first introduce a fulfillment service.

Fulfillment refers to a service that comprehensively handles all logistics processes that occur after an online order is placed, including product receipt, storage, packaging, transportation, and customer service tasks such as returns processing.

Due to the nature of the service, fulfillment requires sufficient experience and know-how. Grouping’s CEO and key core members have had experience operating fulfillment services since 2015, and have already proven their achievements through various accomplishments, including being ranked in the top 1% in logistics inventory audits.

In particular, the most important metric, the rate of misdelivery and loss, is below 0.03%, boasting the most accurate and prompt handling in the industry.

Partial specialized services tailored to the characteristics of consignors are also available. These include quality control (QC) services capable of inspection outsourcing for fashion and accessories, return/exchange agency services, and warehouse storage services.

They have introduced a product storage method through an optimized warehouse operation system. Grouping’s Yangju logistics center provides a clean and comfortable environment by implementing system-wide heating and cooling as well as ventilation management, maintaining the highest product quality while also considering the working environment of employees.

In addition to the self-developed logistics solution currently in operation, various systems and equipment have been introduced to enable real-time monitoring of all logistics situations.

Finally, Grouping CEO Lee Ki-hoon expressed his ambition, stating, "By establishing a logistics center of approximately 3,000 pyeong in Yangju, we will strive to satisfy more e-commerce companies with differentiated services.”
