The event is intended to support consumers who are exhausted from this year’s heatwave by helping them regain energy through Yeolmu Kimchi.
Yeolmu Kimchi is characterized by its 5kg packaging, made with 100% domestically grown yeolmu and a secret seasoning recipe by master Kim Sunja, known for its refreshing and clean taste. Using master Kim Sunja’s low-salt pickling method and expertise, the kimchi avoids the typical bitter and astringent taste of yeolmu, boasting umami flavors from anchovy sauce, salted shrimp, and red chili peppers.
Yeolmu is a seasonal summer vegetable rich in vitamins A and C, which help maintain skin health, saponins that regulate vascular elasticity beneficial for patients with low or high blood pressure, and dietary fiber that improves digestive function. In particular, yeolmu is effective in restoring vitality during the hot summer by replenishing essential minerals lost through sweat.
