President Sung Dae-gyu, executives, and 32 department heads participated in the workshop both in-person and online, discussing the direction and key tasks to promote a "Top-tier Shinhan Life."
Shinhan Life set its goals alongside Shinhan Financial Group's "Re:boot Shinhan" strategy, aiming to become ▲ a "company with fandom" that customers seek first ▲ and to leap beyond the domestic top-tier to a "global standard."
On this day, each group leader presented their top-tier aspirations by work group, focusing on customer-centric values, employee creativity and initiative, and innovation toward the future, and also shared detailed strategic tasks.
President Sung Dae-gyu said, "If the past two years were the first phase for the launch of Shinhan Life, now the second phase for a top-tier Shinhan Life has begun," adding, "I hope all employees will unite with one mind and diligently execute to establish a foundation for leaping to the industry's top tier."
