A New Success Model Combining New Technologies and New Values for Agricultural and Rural Development
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 5th that it is recruiting young farmers to participate in the ‘2022 Young Farmers Competitiveness Enhancement Project’.
The Young Farmers Competitiveness Enhancement Project is a program that can lead new value to the development of agriculture and rural areas by creating a new success model combining the passion of young farmers and new technologies. Young farmers who have been engaged in farming for more than two years can apply.
The project target types include autonomous public projects that can lead high added value to agricultural products of young farmers, such as new technology, ICT utilization, new product development in processing and tourism fields, processing and commercialization, prototype and packaging development, and experience program development and operation.
Applications can be submitted to the Human Resources Development Officer of the Agricultural Product Distribution Division at the Hamyang-gun Agricultural Technology Center by the 25th. After a preliminary review of the project plan to check for any disqualifications of the applicants, the Gyeongnam Provincial Agricultural Research and Extension Services will conduct the first document evaluation, followed by a second interview evaluation, and the final candidates will be selected in October.
