[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] A singing practice room that was caught operating late at night was raided again four days later and will face criminal charges. This is the third time it has been raided, following two raids last month.

The outdoor air conditioner unit of the commercial building, running amid the heatwave, once again provided a clue for the illegal business raid.

Busanjin Police Station in Busan announced on the 5th that it caught a singing room in Busanjin-gu secretly operating with the door closed at 11:58 PM on the 4th, during the assembly ban period.

According to Busanjin Police Station, a report was received via 112 that the singing room was soliciting customers and operating.

Patrol cars from the Seomyeon District Unit were dispatched to the scene and first confirmed the operation of the air conditioner outdoor unit installed on the building rooftop.

The police notified the owner, Mr. A (in his 30s), to forcibly open the entrance door, and Mr. A immediately voluntarily opened the door.

There were customers in four rooms inside the singing room, and the police confirmed the violation of the assembly ban administrative order.

The police plan to criminally charge 15 people caught, including one owner, two employees, and 12 customers.

The singing room that was raided had been caught twice last month for illegal operation. At that time, the police also confirmed the operation of the air conditioner outdoor unit and decided to open the entrance door and enter the premises. Twelve people, including employees and customers, were caught.

Entertainment facilities such as pubs, karaoke pubs, clubs, nightclubs, emotional pubs, hunting bars, as well as facilities like colatecs, dance halls, holdem pubs, holdem game rooms, and singing practice rooms have been under an assembly ban administrative order since the 19th of last month until the 8th of this month, prohibiting operation.
