[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Mart announced on the 5th that it will sell various unique Chuseok gift sets, including vegan gift sets and camping sets.
The Moving Mountain vegan gift set consists of plant-based sausages and burger patties made with oil that contains no cholesterol or trans fats. A 10% card discount is applied during the pre-order sales period until September 8.
The John Cook camping set includes popular camping foods such as barbecue back ribs, calabasa sausages, and hock sausages, with a 10% card discount applied. They also sell the globally popular "Gourmet Cheese Plating Set," which features six types of cheese that pair well with camping dishes and wine.
Eco-friendly packaged gift sets have also been prepared. The Lotte Mart exclusive product, the "CJ Premium Sesame Oil Set," features packaging made entirely of paper. The "GAP Naju Pear, Chungju Apple" and the "Environmentally Friendly Seonggyeong Green Tea Seaweed Set" also use eco-friendly paper packaging without styrofoam.
A Lotte Mart official said, "With the increase in demand for holiday gifts due to the non-face-to-face trend, the demand for special gifts that stand out and are memorable has greatly increased. We hope customers prepare more practical and meaningful gifts through our distinctive gift sets."
