[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] GS Retail announced on the 4th that its consolidated operating profit for the second quarter of this year was preliminarily estimated at 42.8 billion KRW, a 27.7% decrease compared to the same period last year.
Sales increased by 3.4% year-on-year to 2.2856 trillion KRW. Net profit decreased by 24.5% to 25.4 billion KRW.
