According to the US economic media CNBC, this film studio will be used as a space for blockbuster movies and original content production by online streaming service (OTT) companies such as Netflix.
To this end, both parties acquired a 91-acre (about 1.1 million pyeong) site in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, about 27 km northeast of London, for approximately ?120 million, and the total investment amount is expected to reach ?700 million (about 1.1208 trillion KRW).

Blackstone and Hudson Pacific jointly own a Hollywood media portfolio including California Sunset Studios, which produced films such as "La La Land" and "When Harry Met Sally."
