Starfield Hosts Anseong Matchum Market Cooking Class... "Local Win-Win Project"

Starfield Anseong will hold a cooking class with star chefs to develop a new signature menu for Anseongmatjummarket.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Starfield Anseong announced on the 2nd that it will hold a cooking class with star chefs to develop new signature menus for Anseong Matchum Market.

Since February, Starfield Anseong has been carrying out the Anseong Market Matchum revitalization project. Through a thorough six-month market status survey and 12 meetings with the merchants' association, Starfield Anseong set a goal to develop food and beverage content and provides step-by-step customized consulting from checking startup items, star chef mentoring, to supporting interior construction.

In this cooking class, chefs Choi Hyun-seok, Yoo Hyun-soo, and Shin Dong-min will each demonstrate menus they developed and share opinions with the merchants of Anseong Matchum Market. The star chef cooking class is part of the Anseong Matchum Market revitalization project, designed for merchants who want to open new restaurants or renew existing menus, where professional chefs directly teach recipes and know-how.

The cooking classes are held a total of six times from the 28th of last month until mid-this month at Starfield Anseong. A total of nine stores participate, including three new startups and six existing stores. Since June, they have been concretizing their planned menus while receiving feedback from the chefs and continuously discussing improvements for their current menus.
