Starting from the 2nd, move-in begins at C2 Block Sinnae Station Geumgang Pentarium Central Park Apartments in Yangwon Public Housing District... Jungnang-gu to operate a temporary on-site civil complaint office for residents' convenience from the 4th to September 30th, handling move-in registration, fixed date certification, and issuance of resident registration certificates from 9 AM to 6 PM
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) will operate a visiting on-site civil service office from the 4th to September 30th at the Sinnae Station Geumgang Pentarium Central Park Apartment in Yangwon Public Housing District C2 Block, where move-ins begin on the 2nd.
On the 30th of last month, the district approved the usage inspection for the Sinnae Station Geumgang Pentarium Central Park Apartment.
With this, the Yangwon Public Housing District, designated as a public housing district in 2010, has started the first move-in in 10 years with 490 households out of a total of 3,153 apartment units.
For the convenience of residents during the move-in period, the district will set up an on-site civil service office on the first floor cafe lounge of Geumgang Pentarium Building 403 and assign two staff members.
The operating hours of the on-site civil service office are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
At the on-site civil service office, residents can handle civil affairs such as ▲moving-in registration ▲fixed date processing ▲issuance of resident registration certificates, copies, and seal certificates. However, for services related to resident registration (birth, death, resident ID card) and other tasks not handled here, residents must use the Mangwoo Bon-dong Community Service Center.
Additionally, support will be provided for defect-related civil complaint processing guidance and consulting for the apartment complex.
Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, “We sincerely welcome everyone moving into our area,” and added, “We will spare no effort to provide administrative services for residents’ convenience as the number of residents increases.”
