[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Tomorrow, Sunday, the whole country will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers in some areas.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 31st, rain starting in the morning of the 1st of next month along the coast of Jeonnam, the west coast, and the mountainous areas of Gangwon will expand to other regions from the afternoon. Jeju Island is also expected to have scattered raindrops from morning until night.
Expected rainfall amounts are 20?70 mm in southern Gangwon (excluding the east coast), Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, inland Gyeongsang region, and Jeju Island; 5?40 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, central and northern Gangwon (excluding the east coast), and coastal Gyeongsang region.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be 23?27°C, and the daytime high temperature 29?34°C. Although temperatures will drop in some areas due to rain, the high humidity will cause the apparent temperature to rise above 33°C in most regions.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the effect of precipitation.
Sea waves will be 0.5?1.0 m in the coastal waters of all seas, and wave heights in the open sea are expected to be 0.5?1.0 m in the East Sea, 0.5?2.0 m in the West Sea, and 0.5?2.0 m in the South Sea.
