[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwanju] On the 29th, Kim Chang-ryong, Commissioner of the National Police Agency, visited Daecheon Beach in Boryeong-si, Chungnam, to inspect the COVID-19 quarantine situation at the summer resort.

Commissioner Kim discussed the COVID-19 quarantine response cooperation system between the police and local governments with Kim Dong-il, Mayor of Boryeong, at the Daecheon Summer Police Station, and urged visitors to the beach and nearby merchants to comply with quarantine rules.

Additionally, Commissioner Kim emphasized proactive and preventive police activities, including efforts to prevent sex crimes such as illegal filming at the beach.
