[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Junhyung] The Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) announced on the 30th that it will operate the '2021 Integrity Activity Excellence Award System' to promote a culture of integrity within the organization and establish ethical management.
The Integrity Activity Excellence Award System is an incentive program by TIPA that awards integrity points to employees who voluntarily engage in various anti-corruption and integrity activities, and rewards outstanding individuals. This system is divided into categories such as ▲compliance with the code of conduct ▲anti-corruption and integrity activities including integrity education and proposals ▲and the integrity practice promotion team.
Previously, TIPA was selected as the top institution for integrity activities by receiving a Grade 1 rating in the anti-corruption policy evaluation conducted last year by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups for its affiliated organizations. TIPA explained that this was the result of continuously conducting anti-corruption monitoring and promoting integrity activities.
Lee Jaehong, President of TIPA, stated, "Through the promotion of this Integrity Activity Excellence Award System, we will do our best to raise employees' awareness of integrity and establish an ethical management culture within the organization."
