Final Agreement Reached After 1 Year and 2 Months Since First Negotiation in June 2020

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Hyundai Commercial, a financial company under Hyundai Motor Group, has signed a labor-management collective agreement following Hyundai Capital.
Hyundai Commercial and the Hyundai Commercial branch of the National Office Finance Service Labor Union announced on the 29th that they completed wage and collective bargaining and held a signing ceremony for the labor-management agreement at the Glad Hotel located in Yeouido, Seoul.
This agreement was reached one year and two months after the labor union was established in February last year and the first negotiations began in June of the same year. The company explained that labor and management reached a final agreement through continuous dialogue and negotiations with one heart.
Through this collective agreement, Hyundai Commercial reflected the labor union's opinions, including guaranteeing free union operation and activities.
With Hyundai Commercial's signing of the collective agreement, among the three financial companies of Hyundai Motor Group, Hyundai Capital and Hyundai Commercial have completed labor-management collective agreements, excluding Hyundai Card.
