The Audit Office of the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education immediately began the audit.

He also stated, "I offer my sincere apologies to the parents and bereaved families who lost their precious child," and added, "We will thoroughly identify the cause, strictly hold those responsible accountable, and derive measures to improve the system."
