Jang Min-hee (22, Incheon National University) was eliminated in the women's individual archery event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. On the morning of the 28th, at the Yumenoshima Park Archery Field in Tokyo, Japan, she lost to Japan's Nakamura Miki in the round of 32 with a set score of 2-6 (26-28 25-26 27-26 26-27). After trailing 0-4 in set points, she tried to make a comeback by winning 3 sets but was narrowly defeated by 1 point in the 4th set.

Jang Min-hee advanced through the individual ranking round in 2nd place. She seemed to maintain momentum by defeating Egypt's Amal Adam 6-0 (27-26 30-21 27-24) in the round of 64, but unfortunately failed to secure an additional medal.
