On Wednesday the 28th, the whole country will be hot with some cloudy areas. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 21 and 27 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 29 and 36 degrees Celsius. Some inland areas may experience fog from dawn until morning.

The Yeongdong region of Gangwon Province and the Gyeongsang area are expected to be mostly cloudy. In the inland areas of Chungcheong and Jeolla provinces, as well as the Gyeongsang region excluding the southern coast, showers of 5 to 40 mm are expected from daytime through nighttime. The southern east coast of Gangwon will see rain during the day.

Jeju Island, the west coast, and the south coast are forecasted to have high waves that may overflow coastal roads or sandy beaches, so caution is advised. Wave heights in the seas will be 0.5 to 2 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea nearshore. Offshore wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2 meters in the South Sea.
