Cheongju Express Bus Terminal Complex Development 'Hillstate Cheongju Central' Gaining Attention as a Convenient Location

Compared to the 1.24 billion KRW transaction (58th floor) in November last year, the price increased by 145 million KRW in just six months. ‘Dongtan Metapolis’ is a complex favored by locals, housing a complex shopping mall (scheduled for renewal), Homeplus, CGV, and more.

Additionally, a modernized Cheongju Express Bus Terminal boarding and alighting area will be located on part of the first floor, and from the 8th to the 48th floors, the high-end lifestyle accommodation ‘Hillstate Cheongju Central’ will offer a total of 160 units with exclusive areas ranging from 165 to 187㎡.


On the top floor, the 49th, various community facilities such as a sky lounge, party banquet room, outdoor spa & sauna, fitness center, and GX room will be established, allowing residents to enjoy leisure activities with an open view.


‘Hillstate Cheongju Central’ will also provide hotel-style concierge services such as breakfast delivery, room cleaning, laundry, car wash visits, and party catering services.
