[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol's presidential campaign officially launched its website on the 23rd.
The website is composed of menus such as 'Human Yoon Seok-yeol,' featuring photos from Yoon's childhood, 'Yoon Seok-yeol News' and 'Gallery,' showcasing his political activities after declaring his presidential bid, and 'Speak Anywhere,' where citizens can share their messages of support. The 'Speak Anywhere' menu currently allows login via Kakao and Facebook accounts, with Naver and Twitter login options to be added soon.
Fundraising for the support committee, starting on the 26th, will also be guided through the website.
On the same day, Yoon posted on Facebook, "I created an official website to meet you all more closely and to share more about myself," adding, "Though it's a bit embarrassing to reveal, it contains old photos and small stories."
Lee Sang-rok, spokesperson for Yoon's campaign, said, "We hope that the official website of presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol, which opened today, will become an open space for active communication not only with supporters but with all citizens," and added, "We ask for the public's great interest and participation."
