As the professional baseball team NC Dinos players caused social controversy by violating COVID-19 quarantine rules, Kim Taek-jin, CEO of NCSoft and the club owner, personally apologized.
On the 16th, CEO Kim Taek-jin issued an apology statement saying, "I would like to apologize on behalf of the club with a heavy heart." He said, "The ultimate responsibility for this incident lies with me as the club owner," and added, "I sincerely apologize to everyone for the social controversy caused by the baseball team, which should bring joy during these difficult and challenging times."
