Jadam Chicken Targets Summer Appetites with New Side Menu 'Spicy Rose Tteokbokki'

Jadam Chicken has joined the recent "Rose Trend" heating up the food industry. Starting from the 17th, Jadam Chicken will launch a new side menu called "Spicy Rose Tteokbokki."


The newly released "Spicy Rose Tteokbokki" is a menu that combines the spiciness of gochujang seasoning with a creamy base, allowing customers to enjoy both spicy and smooth flavors. Compared to Jadam Chicken's existing side menu, Joa Tteokbokki, it is softer but still maintains enough spiciness to be enjoyed by all generations.


"Spicy Rose Tteokbokki" pairs well with fried chicken as it enhances the savory flavor of the chicken. Especially when eaten with Jadam Chicken's signature "Saeng Grana Chicken," it offers a harmonious blend of sweet and spicy flavors. It also complements other side menus from Jadam Chicken, making it expected to capture the public's taste buds this summer.


Through the launch of "Spicy Rose Tteokbokki," Jadam Chicken aims to actively respond to market demands and expand customers' choices of side menus. Moving forward, the company plans to closely monitor changes in customer preferences and put all efforts into leading the market with new flavors.


Jadam Chicken is a chicken brand started by Wellbeing Food in 2011. Since 2017, it has been the first in Korea to use animal welfare-certified raw meat to make its main menus, including fried chicken, and leads the way in creating chicken with a wellbeing concept by using Himalayan pink salt for curing.
