[Photo] Hongdae Streets Silent on the First Day of Social Distancing Level 4

On the first day of the Level 4 social distancing measures in the Seoul metropolitan area to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the streets of Hongdae in Mapo-gu, Seoul, were quieter than usual on the 12th.
