[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyun-joo] Comedian Park Narae has become the owner of a detached house worth 5.5 billion KRW located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. She is currently renting a villa in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu.


According to industry sources on the 12th, Park Narae successfully bid 5.5 billion KRW for a detached house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at an auction held at the Seoul Western District Court on the 1st of last month. The house was initially put up for auction in April with an appraised value of 6 billion KRW but failed to sell, then was re-auctioned at 4.8 billion KRW. The payment deadline is on the 16th.


The house, adjacent to Hangangjin Station on Subway Line 6, is located between Namsan and Dunjisan, and is known to have a basement and two above-ground floors with five rooms.


Park Narae has previously revealed her home several times on the MBC entertainment program "I Live Alone." She gained attention for her glamorous interior design known as "Narae Bar." The villa where she currently resides has a net area of 138㎡, with three rooms and two bathrooms, and the monthly rent is estimated to be around 10 million KRW.
