[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Changwon National University LINC+ Project Group announced on the 8th that it held the launching ceremony of the student-led urban regeneration project 'Guam District Urban Regeneration Promotion Team' to revitalize urban regeneration in the Guam District of Changwon City.
The Guam District Urban Regeneration Promotion Team is composed of students from departments participating in the LINC+ project and is subdivided into a video promotion team and a blog promotion team.
This promotion team plans to develop innovative urban regeneration content based on university students' ideas and promote urban regeneration projects to attract floating population and revitalize commercial districts.
Deputy Director Andong-hyeok said, "We will raise residents' understanding of urban regeneration through discovering and producing various urban regeneration content and lay the groundwork for active participation," adding, "We will do our best to ensure a successful urban regeneration project through the university's abundant human and material infrastructure support."
