Magnitude 2.3 Earthquake Occurs North of Yecheon-gun, Gyeongbuk

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] At around 6:57 AM on the 7th, an earthquake with a magnitude of 2.3 occurred 14 km north of Yecheon-gun, Gyeongbuk.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the epicenter was at 36.77 degrees north latitude and 128.46 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 20 km.

The Korea Meteorological Administration explained, "No earthquake damage is expected."
