'Rafting Destination Naerincheon'... Inje-gun in Full Preparation to Welcome 'Rafting Tourists'

A Popular Rafting Spot with Many Rapids, Natural Scenery Unfolds Along the River

'Rafting Destination Naerincheon'... Inje-gun in Full Preparation to Welcome 'Rafting Tourists' Rafting on Naerincheon River in Inje [Provided by Inje-gun]

[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Inje-gun, Gangwon-do is busy preparing to welcome tourists along with local rafting companies.

According to Inje-gun on the 6th, the Naerincheon River in Inje is a tourist attraction visited by about 70,000 tourists annually and is the only river in Korea that flows northward.

In particular, the river is narrow and steep with many rapids, making it ideal for enjoying the true thrill of rafting, and the natural scenery along the river is also considered an unmissable pleasure.

The basic course of Naerincheon starts from Wondae Bridge and extends about 8 km to Bamgol Camp. The long rapid sections and the exquisite alternation of fast and slow currents make it an optimal course for rapid rafting.

In addition to the day course for experiencing Naerincheon, there are pension facilities equipped for lodging and meals.

Although social distancing was eased to level 1 on the 1st, the county is thoroughly implementing quarantine and safety measures with rafting-related companies.
