Saeyoung General Construction plans to sell units of ‘Pocheon Riverfore Saeyoung Richel’ this month in the Pocheon area of Gyeonggi Province. The complex consists of 454 households in total, ranging from basement level 1 to ground level 20, with 223 units of 61㎡, 77 units of 76A㎡, 78 units of 76B㎡, and 76 units of 84㎡. All units are small to medium-sized floor plans preferred by buyers.


The Pocheon 2 District, where ‘Pocheon Riverfore Saeyoung Richel’ is located, is an area expected to have high future value due to various development benefits and urban development projects. In particular, as a new residential belt in Pocheon, the Pocheon 2 District offers locational advantages with close proximity to industrial complexes, providing a live-work convenience, and the supply of new apartments has attracted strong interest from buyers.


Pocheon is a non-regulated area with no restrictions on re-winning, and there is no mandatory residence period.
