The 42nd International Environmental Industry Technology & Green Energy Exhibition (ENVEX) will be held from the 8th to the 10th of this month at COEX Hall C in Seoul.
This event is organized by the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute and supported by 18 organizations and institutions including the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Korean Intellectual Property Office, Seoul Metropolitan Government, Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, KOTRA, and the Korea Federation of SMEs. It is the longest-running environmental technology specialized exhibition in Korea.
Additionally, services to support domestic environmental companies in developing the domestic market and overseas sales channels and buyers will be provided, creating new business opportunities in the environmental industry sector.
This exhibition is expected to feature 243 companies from 15 countries (210 domestic, 33 overseas). Notable technologies on display include biogas and membrane-coupled wastewater treatment technology from Seojin Energy Co., Ltd., biogas purification equipment and ultrafine dust removal devices from Cheongryu F&S Co., Ltd., deodorizing equipment from Yuseong Engineering Co., Ltd., automatic recycling recovery machines from MN Tech Co., Ltd., and high-efficiency centrifugal dewatering machines and screw presses that separate moisture and solids from sewage sludge from Royal Precision Co., Ltd., among various other environmental companies' technologies.
Exhibition items will cover environmental industry technologies such as water treatment, air pollution prevention, measurement and analysis instruments, waste treatment and recycling, eco-friendly products, as well as green energy fields including renewable energy facilities, small hydropower generators, and solar power generation devices.
Furthermore, a total of nine seminars and forums (from July 8 to July 10) including overseas technology trends, corporate response support, participating companies’ technology presentations, and investment attraction briefings will be held at the COEX conference rooms and seminar rooms within the exhibition hall.
Free admission to the exhibition is available only to visitors who complete the pre-registration process. Prize events such as gift certificates and air purifiers are also ongoing for pre-registered visitors.
