THE SHARP Ilsan Eloy will be developed as a super high-rise branded complex with up to 42 floors above ground, comprising 1,976 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 247㎡ across three blocks in the Goyang City area of Gyeonggi Province. A distinctive feature is that all units will be residential officetels with exclusive areas of 84㎡ or more, which have recently attracted high consumer interest. The number of units per block is ▲C-1-1 block: 741 units ▲C-1-2 block: 494 units ▲C-2 block: 741 units.

The complex name, THE SHARP Ilsan Eloy, is a compound word combining POSCO Construction’s brand name 'The Sharp' and the location 'Ilsan' with 'Eloy (LROE),' derived from the first letters of 'Luxury, Royal, Excellent,' meaning 'luxury, royalty, and excellence.' It symbolizes "a premium complex enjoying the most honorable lifestyle."

THE SHARP Ilsan Eloy is part of an urban development project developing the Goyang City Ilsan area. A total of approximately 4,600 residential units, including apartments, officetels, and multi-family housing, will be constructed, along with office and retail facilities and multipurpose cultural spaces.
