Jeju Air to Operate Regular Flights on Gimpo-Gwangju Route Starting July

[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Jeju Air announced on the 30th that it will convert the Gimpo~Gwangju route to a regular flight starting next month.

With the conversion of the Gimpo~Gwangju route to a regular flight, Jeju Air now operates a total of 10 regular domestic routes. Since COVID-19, four new domestic routes have been added (Gimpo~Yeosu, Yeosu~Jeju, Jeju~Gunsan, Gimpo~Gwangju).

In addition to regular flights, including irregular flights on the Muan~Jeju route since April, Jeju Air currently operates a total of 11 domestic routes.

Jeju Air's Gimpo~Gwangju route operates twice daily (14 times weekly) during the "summer operation period." Departures from Gimpo to Gwangju are at 9:00 AM and 3:35 PM, while departures from Gwangju to Gimpo are at 11:50 AM and 8:00 PM.

Meanwhile, to commemorate the launch of the Gimpo~Gwangju regular route, Jeju Air will offer a 5,000 KRW discount coupon for round-trip flights departing between July 1 and August 31.

The coupon is available throughout July. After logging into the Jeju Air website, customers can download it by clicking ‘My Page - My Coupons’ and entering ‘GimpoGwangju.’ However, the discount coupon cannot be combined with other coupons, and only one coupon can be used per payment.
