[Asia Economy Reporter Yoon Dong-joo] On the 27th, the last weekend of June, many spectators lined up to enter the outdoor music festival 'Beautiful Mint Life 2021' held at Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
This large-scale outdoor popular music festival was held for the first time in 1 year and 8 months since the COVID-19 pandemic. Mint Paper, the organizer of the event, devoted all efforts to quarantine measures as it was a difficult popular music performance to realize. They abolished the standing zone, converted all seats into socially distanced seating, and introduced rapid antigen test kits that can confirm COVID-19 infection status within 10 minutes.
Spectators were only allowed to enter the venue after receiving a negative test result and wearing a white bracelet labeled 'Quarantine Completed.'
