[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyewon] KOTRA and the KOTRA Labor Union announced on the 27th that they signed the 'Ethical Management Practice Agreement by KOTRA Labor and Management' at the headquarters on the afternoon of the 25th to promote a culture of integrity and prevent corruption.


KOTRA labor and management agreed that there is no distinction between labor and management in anti-corruption and integrity activities, and that joint effort and practice are necessary, leading to this agreement.


The main contents of the agreement include ▲ compliance and transparent, fair business handling ▲ raising awareness of integrity within the organization and improving systems ▲ eradicating inappropriate practices such as power harassment and workplace bullying.


Yoo Jung-yeol, President of KOTRA, said, "It is very meaningful that the labor union participates in anti-corruption and human rights protection activities," and added, "We will use this agreement as an opportunity to further spread consensus on ethical management between labor and management and strive to make KOTRA trusted by the public."
