20s Man Commits 'Urine Terror' on Woman Ahead on Subway Escalator

On the 25th, the Michuhol Police Station in Incheon announced that they are conducting a non-custodial investigation of a man in his 20s, identified as A, on charges of public indecency.

A is accused of urinating on the back of a woman in her 20s, identified as B, who was standing in front of him on an escalator at Juan Station on Incheon Subway Line 2 in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, around 10:30 p.m. on the 23rd.

At the time, A was intoxicated, and when he urinated, B noticed and caught him, then took him to the station office.

The police, who responded to the report, arrested A at the subway station as a suspect caught in the act.

The police confirmed A's identity at the time of arrest and released him temporarily. They plan to summon A soon to investigate the specific circumstances of the incident, including his motive. They are also reviewing whether charges of sexual assault can be applied to A.
