The survey period is from the 28th of this month to the 23rd of next month.
The survey targets lands where land movements such as division, merger, or land category changes have occurred from January 1 to the 30th of this year.
The county investigates major items such as land use zones, land utilization status, topography, and road conditions for individual lands.
The land characteristic survey is used as basic data for calculating individual publicly announced land prices.
Accordingly, various records such as cadastral (forest) maps, land (forest) registers, building registers, and spatial images will be checked, and after accurate on-site verification of land characteristics, changes will be reflected in individual lands.
A county official said, “Individual publicly announced land prices serve as the basis for imposing national and local taxes related to land and are used as data for calculating various charges, so we will conduct an accurate and fair land characteristic survey.”
