[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] MG Saemaeul Geumgo announced on the 28th that it has launched the ‘MiTime Check Card’.


This product provides services focused on customers’ ‘spending for myself.’ It offers a 2,000 KRW discount on shopping-related benefits, and benefits are also available at beauty (1,000 KRW) and coffee (500 KRW) brands.


If the previous month’s usage amount is 100,000 KRW or more, a maximum monthly discount cashback of 20,000 KRW is provided. Fees for overseas merchants or cash withdrawal fees can be enjoyed without any previous month usage conditions. Also, if the cardholder uses eligible merchants for two months including the month of new issuance, the discount cashback is doubled.


A special event to commemorate the product launch is also being held. Until the end of August, 1,500 customers who use the MiTime Check Card at domestic merchants with cumulative payment amounts or more will be selected by lottery to receive a mobile coffee gifticon.


A representative of the Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association emphasized, “We plan to continue introducing products tailored to customers’ lifestyles and trends.”
