Safe OK Service and Disassembly Cleaning Service Offered for Each Product... Space Management Service Also Introduced
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] SK Magic (CEO Yoon Yoseop) announced on the 23rd that it has launched a 'Special Rental Service' combining its differentiated rental service with Samsung Electronics home appliances.
In May, SK Magic signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Samsung Electronics to cooperate in strengthening the competitiveness of both companies through the launch of differentiated rental services and expansion of sales channels. Taking this opportunity, SK Magic introduced products that combine Samsung Electronics' products with professional on-site management services, which are the core of the rental business.
The target product categories include five items: washing machines, dryers, clothing care devices, air conditioners, refrigerators, and kimchi refrigerators. SK Magic provides rental on-site services for a total of 17 products, including the Samsung Grande Dryer and Bespoke Refrigerator. The services offered are divided into three types: ▲Basic ▲Special ▲Special Plus, with the 'Safe OK Service,' which includes filter replacement and management services, provided as a basic service for each product in units of 8 to 40 months.
For the 'Special' service, which includes disassembly cleaning, premium home appliance care services are provided for washing machines, dryers, and air conditioners by periodically inspecting product performance and condition and disassembling and cleaning even the hidden internal parts of the products. Additionally, 'Special Plus' service customers receive space management services.
