NateOn Launches Promotion Offering Advertising Support Worth 200 Million KRW NateOn, Advertising Cost Support Promotion for Shopping Mall Operators

SK Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter SK Comms, CEO Lee Sang-ho) announced on the 21st that the business messenger NateOn will run a promotion supporting advertising expenses for 200 shopping mall operators.


This promotion was planned to empathize with and encourage shopping mall operators, the main users of the business messenger NateOn. It will select 200 shopping mall operators who are struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and support Nate and NateOn advertising worth approximately 1 million KRW.


The promotion participation period is until Thursday, July 15. During this period, shopping malls can qualify for participation by signing up for 10 or more new NateOn accounts or activating 10 or more dormant NateOn accounts. Afterward, participation is completed by filling out the participation form on a separate promotion participation page. The 200 business operators selected for advertising support will be announced on Thursday, July 22.


Kim Gil-nam, Head of Business Partnership Team at SK Comms, said, "This promotion is expected to directly help shopping malls struggling with ongoing COVID-19 difficulties and revitalize them," adding, "We hope that shopping mall operators facing severe challenges actively participate and that this becomes a good opportunity to meet new customers."


Meanwhile, NateOn is gaining attention as a business messenger by supporting various features that enhance work efficiency. It offers differentiated and rich services that improve work productivity, including ▲large file transfer without size limits ▲‘One-time message’ that deletes immediately after the recipient reads it ▲‘Shake chat window’ for urgent confirmation ▲‘Caution chat room’ setting to prevent mistakes ▲deletion of sent messages and files ▲PC control, among others.


Going forward, SK Comms plans to introduce new features to enhance work productivity by the end of July. Additionally, starting with shopping mall operators targeted by this promotion, it is pursuing partnerships with various business sectors.
