The 20-hour course covers ▲registration for mail-order business ▲selection of shopping mall items ▲product registration and sales on open markets and portal online stores ▲sales increase using delivery applications ▲writing persuasive advertising copy ▲shopping mall tax knowledge, among other topics.
Upon completion of this education, each business can receive up to a total of 500,000 KRW in support for ▲company logo design production costs ▲purchase of promotional materials and delivery packaging containers ▲online shopping mall registration fees and delivery app advertising costs for certain platform companies (Baemin, Coupang, WemakepriceO).
Moon Seok-jin, Mayor of Seodaemun-gu, said, “We have prepared this project to strengthen online capabilities and establish non-face-to-face sales channels so that small business owners can overcome the current difficulties well.”
Previously, the district has also been implementing a loan support project worth a total of 20 billion KRW from this month for small business owners struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
Each business can receive a credit guarantee loan of up to 20 million KRW with a ‘1-year grace period and 4-year equal installment repayment’ method, and the district will fully support the interest for one year from the loan date.
