The project consists of nutrition education to reduce salt and sugar on the dining table and cooking practice of health foods for summer, and will be held twice a day every Wednesday from July 7 to 28.
Participants will conduct a personal salty and sweet taste self-diagnosis, recognize the problems of excessive sodium and sugar intake, and receive education on how to reduce such intake.
In addition, they will receive cooking practice and recipes for low-sodium and low-sugar meals that can be used in daily life to improve individual health management skills.
Recruitment is limited to the first 32 applicants, and citizens who wish to participate can apply by phone to the Nutrition Office of Gimhae City Public Health Center by July 2.
