[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon]Pizza Alvolo announced on the 22nd that it has launched its first new menu item of the year, the ‘Nalgae Pizza’.
Nalgae Pizza offers a unique visual different from traditional pizzas. Inspired by the Italian dish ‘Bruschetta,’ Nalgae Pizza features handmade garlic bread placed on the dough, allowing each slice to be enjoyed like an individual dish.
The main ingredient of the new Nalgae Pizza, the handmade garlic bread, is made using 100% domestically grown garlic and has a rich flavor thanks to the use of butter.
In particular, the generous toppings on the handmade garlic bread create a thick height, adding to the eating experience. Based on the large size, it is composed of four flavors: slices topped with garlic shrimp and hot chicken, pineapple and whole corn, basil pesto and cherry tomatoes, and bacon, mushrooms, and olives.
To celebrate the launch of the new menu, Pizza Alvolo plans to hold an event until the 31st of next month, offering a 6,000 KRW discount on large-size Nalgae Pizza orders and a chance to win a gift card featuring the brand’s new model, actor Song Kang, through a lottery.
